Just found out I’ve been paying for "phantom" mileage and unnecessary policies thanks to Young Hee Hong. The Vibe: Rude and disrespectful when asked basic questions. The Reality: High premiums for coverage I don't use. The Fix: I switched to a new Allstate agent and my bill plummeted. I’m currently seeking a full refund for the fraudulent charges. Don’t get taken advantage of—get a second opinion on your policy today!
- NNathan !Apr 6, 20251.0When I lived in la a short while I had allstate. It was a bit ton pay so I only used it a little. I was moving to leave California and was going to go back to allstate. Most business I thought prefer repeate customer. However instead Allstate just turned me down. They claim that it was because I filled a claim, which is funny because they ate supposed to do that. When I asked for more information they were unable to give any details so I just went with another company. I had chosen to go back to allstate because I believed it was good insurance!!
