  My name is Rosemarie Chatman, my husband is Harold Urdahl. I had been with an agent at Allstate before Sal Mercado. The prior agent retired. I have been with Allstate about 40 years. After the agent retired, I was lucky enough to find Sal. We have been with Sal Mercado, since 1989. Would never leave Sal for another agent or company. And we'd never leave ALLSTATE. Sal is the best agent we have ever had, at ANY company. There is no one like Sal, to even come close. He is warm, welcoming, professional, informative and responds to your call right away. As well, Sal is always informing us about new Allstate Product (s), to see if we'd like to get in on them. Plus, the personnel in Sal's office are just plain wonderful. We know them all by name and they know us by name as well. They are the best and greatest staff we have ever run into. How many companies can boast people like Sal Mercado and his staff. Sal surrounds himself with a wonderful and competent staff because that is what he is. Wonderful and competent We have other areas of insurance: Medical, Car, dental, etcetera. We interact with these agents and personnel frequently. Are they like Sal Mercado, like Sal's staff?A Never. Other companies might give courteous service but it's an impersonal and sterile interaction. You're just a number. I also want to mention that the insurance prices are more than reasonable and competitive. They do not try to price gouge you. We have a lot of respect fir this. They watch their customers' pockets. There is no company like Allstate! Allstate is THEE best. And it's made the best because if it's company Ethics and Care for Customers. This is in high evidence because of the TOP AGENTS they strive to hire. Agents such as SAL MERCADO. It's really true. YOU ARE IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE, and especially in the hands of their Los Angeles Agent, SAL MERCADO.

  This office is always helpful & takes credit of any problems I ever have. I wouldn't go to any other company, ever. Why leave the best?
