Even after she requested that I text all information to her to avoid any data entry errors, she still mistyped my data and brushed it off as a non-issue. Additionally, when I attempted to explain to her the specific requirements from my building management for my renter's insurance application and asked for further clarity, she would condescendingly talk over me and be rude about it. After I told her to cancel my renter's insurance application, she abruptly hung up the phone call. I strongly advise to triple check all of your inputted information if you decide to work with this agent because she is not detail-oriented.
