Told me i couldn't cancel my policy until my final month(don't remember if it was her or someone on her team, was months ago). After talking to 2 different representatives, found out that was a lie. She got a free year out of me because I trusted her, and now I feel scammed. Thankfully Valentina Alek in Alhambra was able to help me out and cancel my policy.

Plus, every time you walk into their office, they with greet you with a big smile and offer you something to drink like coffee, water, or sodas. The office also looks amazing with the folk art paintings on the walls, and other deco that is displayed on holidays. My son also enjoys coming to this office because there is a friendly kid-zone area too.
