- LCL CApr 24, 20171.0Do not take your business here - the employees who are staffed in this office are incompetent and rude. Don't even get me started on Ms piggy who owns the office. She's rude - nasty and doesn't give a crap about her clients. My policy was set to cancel because of the way the agent uploaded my docs which knocked me off all my start up set ups and I received a notice in the mail I had to pay 2 month up front for this problem which I didn't cause I called to complain and this rude shrew yelled at me and told me she wouldn't help me. I don't know about you guys but with buying a new car recently I don't have time for surprises like this. Mind you their office knew the whole time this was happening and couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone. I'll be filing a formal complaint with Allstate. If you want to choose Allstate go to someone else in LB. save yourself the trouble.
