He refused to resolve a billing issue involving my September payment, first claiming it wasn’t received and then later confirming that it was — yet I’m still being overcharged. He has hung up on me, ignored my emails, and failed to follow up or offer any real help. This kind of unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. I expected better from State Farm and from a licensed agent representing their brand.
