- TWT washingtonJul 30, 20251.0I had been an Allstate customer for several years. We switched to this agency when we moved to California. Last fall I began receiving letters saying that my husband's driver's license was expired which I knew wasn't true. Then I received a notice saying that we would be dropped because of the expired license. I called and they reiterated that his GA license was expired and I explained that he has a CA license. They said - no problem send in the updated information. I sent the information where I was told to send it and also included the local agent. They still dropped me. I called to inquire why and they said talk to your local agent. I called and sent several emails - my calls were not returned and my emails were not answered. I had to get a different insurance company because I had no insurance and didn't know it. I decided to let my renters policy stay here until it was time to renew but now I can't login and still can't get anyone to answer the phone at the local agency.
