- PEPedro EsparzaJan 8, 20265.0Odi Ayala was great while I was with Allstate, he always took care of me in a very timely manner. Even with the ridiculous price hikes I still remained with the same auto coverage because of Odi. What finally had me look for other insurance was when I had to deal with a claim. The adjuster that was assigned to me was a nightmare. He did not take care of me like a client but more like I was taking money away from hi, even with the other party was found 100% percent at fault. I hope that guy got demoted to the mail room.
