  I'd like to give a big shoutout to Susan P at Allstate. She went above and beyond to help me secure motorcycle insurance at the last moment at the end of the day. Not only did she move quickly, but also worked very hard to get me a rate that I was happy with. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made the whole process smooth and stress-free. If I was not insured that afternoon, I could not have ridden my new motorcycle home that evening. I truly appreciate her out standing service. Agents like her make all the difference.   This morning I received a call from agent Alondra. She was so kind and friendly as she went over my Insurance policy. She educated me on what I have concerning my policy, for that I am grateful. I am very pleased with Allstate Insurance. I switched from State Farms months ago. I am confident I made the right choice!!!!!

  I had a very positive experience working with this Allstate agency. Vicki Wagner and the team were extremely helpful and professional. Over the past year our family had two accidents involving my wife, and Allstate handled both claims properly and helped us get through a very stressful situation. Everything was processed fairly and without unnecessary complications. More importantly, when our premium increased afterwards, the agency took the time to review our policy and helped find a solution that works for our current situation and budget. I really appreciate that they worked with us instead of just giving a standard answer. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and support. It means a lot when an insurance company stands by its customers. Highly recommended.

  Alondra was amazing. She was knowledgeable, patient and took the extra step to making sure I understood coverages I wanted and even the ones I didn’t want before moving forward with my policy. There was no sense of pressure but rather, making sure the coverage we were going to sign for was the coverage for us. Thank you Alondra.
