  Alondra is a “godsend”. She was very pleasant to speak to and attentive to my concerns. I appreciate everything she did and the sound advice she gave me. I truly believe that “I’m in good hands with Allstate”. She put all my stressful concerns at ease. She provided great customer service and changed what could have been a stressful situation and brought me great calm. Thank you Alondra and thank you Allstate.   I have been with this office and Allstate since 1978. That has to be some kind of record. We have stuck with Allstate for Homeowners and Car Insurance along with other products. The different owners of the business over that period of time have been great, but the person I want to recognize is Susan Palafox who is awesome!! She is always quick, professional and accurate with her respnses and quotes. Ask for Susan and you will never go wrong.
