  Everyone hates to have to get insurance but it’s so needed especially for the unexpected that’s why I choose State Farm with James Fread! Maricela is the best she always makes sure that my policies are clear and created around my lifestyle and what is best. I feel secure and confident knowing that I don’t have to worry about the unexpected cause an accident is just that!! I know I will be taken care of with no worries or stress in those times that may be scary or overwhelming. I ca count on Maricela with State Farm! Thank you!

  I have nothing but appreciation for this office and especially for Maricela Núñez. I’m a new adult and have had so many questions about insurance and what’s best for me and she has helped me figure out everything. She helped solve every problem I had and was very nice and attentive through the process. I continue to choose State Farm because of agents and customer service like this.

  I’ve had such a great experience with my State Farm agent and their team. Everyone in the office is always friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond whenever I need anything. They truly take care of me and make everything simple and stress-free. Maricela Nunez always helps me out and goes above and beyond to make sure all my questions are answered. She’s patient, professional, and you can tell she really cares about her clients. I have my home, auto, and life insurance with them, and they always remind me about important dates and updates so nothing ever slips through the cracks. It honestly gives me peace of mind knowing I’m in good hands. Highly recommend!

  Dealing with Marisela has been a nightmare. Initially, she refused to apply my vehicle discount, causing me to overpay for my six-month premium. Despite promising to follow up, she never called, forcing me to reach out myself. Even after I thought the issue was resolved, she failed to submit the refund request. When I followed up three weeks later (2/5/2025 and today is 2/25/25), she actually called me a liar—claiming the conversation never happened—until she checked her notes / email and realized I was right. This is Wawanesa customer service with State Farm prices.
