- CCC6 days ago1.0They didn’t spell my name right for 3 months. I sent 7 messages asking for it to be corrected before they finally did. I was always very understanding with them. I was paid in full at time of renewal and they literally told me they can’t work with me unless I pay in full which I could of but didn’t want to because I was angry at this point. I was patient when I would pay and it would take days to update. I got a few cancellations that weren’t my fault because of the slow system. They have the slowest payment system ever. I’m very busy so sometimes I honestly forget to pay it but I always pay that’s the important point so I’m not sure why they got funny. Then to make it worse they offered me special pay after I already got other insurance. Just a giant headache.
- NCNatural relaxation With ChrisMar 2, 20261.0They suck. The payment system takes days to update leading to cancellations even when you’re paid up. They are very impatient pushy and unwilling to work with you. I’m paid in full and my new policy they said needs to be paid entirely. It would makes sense if I owed them even a single cent but I don’t. Don’t waste your time chasing the one time savings it’ll just be a headache at renewal and they regularly mess up the names on the I’d cards. If they’re going to be pushy at least learn how to spell.
