  I have been with this office since 1997 or so, before Barbara Larkin took it over from the agent who retired. I don’t even live in La Verne or LA County. It doesn’t matter. The staff is always knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

  I was a customer with this come hone insurance company from 1971 to 2017 and they cancelled my policy over a voicemail​, when I called to talk about it they were irritated they needed to speak to me since they explained everything over the voice mail.. Corporate monkeys don't care about our neighborhood..do not use this branch
