- DSdebbie semnanianDec 31, 20221.0This is absolutely the worst insurance agency ever. We had them as an agent on our Allstate homeowners and earthquake policies for 30 years with no claims. In September 2022 we received a notice from Allstate that they were not renewing our policy as of 12/21. Not for anything that didn’t exist for years, such as 30 year fence. I immediately called Larkin agency and they said they would obtain coverage for us and call us in a week. They didn’t call so I followed up still no call back. Then they ghosted us and returned no calls. We got a new agent and they also did not call them back. Now we have all coverage through new agent with State Farm for home, auto and auto. Much better. - ESErick SMay 3, 20171.0I was a customer with this come hone insurance company from 1971 to 2017 and they cancelled my policy over a voicemail, when I called to talk about it they were irritated they needed to speak to me since they explained everything over the voice mail.. Corporate monkeys don't care about our neighborhood..do not use this branch
