  WOW, I was truly thinking about calling STATE FARM and I received and call from a young lady sorry a can’t remember her name but the perfect customer service voice transfer me to RAY again WOW He had the patience to help me out driving using my blue tooth I actually pulled over parked and RAY explained my options regarding policy and after about 25 mins or less I had car insurance to be honest driving from Los Angeles to Burbank or Los Angeles to Pasadena can give you road rage CAREFUL road rage traffic traffic but NOW I have Insurance RAY’S customer service was amazing a blessing with all I’m going through Life it self now one less problem I’m 7 D years old THANKS RAY and Ms customer service voice I’m back lol who gets pumped like this about car insurance a young old man

  This guy knew literally everything about auto insurance, in and out. We were able to get a full rundown of both vehicles under my insurance and found a discount by grouping my renters insurance as well. Christian stayed professional and knowledgeable throughout our call and explained the nuances of auto insurance to me that allowed me to feel comfortable with my policy. Truly was eye opening and an informative experience. Give this man a raise!

  I just received the best service imaginable. My homeowners' insurance got cancelled due to the fire risk in my area. In 25 hours Christian set me up with the new insurances, helped me cancel the old ones and save 30% compared to the other quote I had. All the while he was the most pleasant, knowledgeable and cheerful person to work with. Christian is born to help get people insured, I swear! Highly recommend!
