  I have been insured through Braden Palmer Insurance for my home for 5 years and it took them until last week to fix an ongoing problem for the 4th year in a row. They forgot to mark my insurance as an impound account this way the mortgage company pays the homeowners insurance company directly and year after year I would ask them to fix this, they would say they did, but this year the insurance got canceled because of their incompetence by not fixing the problem. This is one of many dissatisfaction why I would never recommend anyone to this company

  I've had my home and auto with Allstate for a long time. With so many choices for insurance these days, the difference maker for me is and will always be customer service. My agents were out of the office and my go to person, BangYang was there to go above and beyond to address my issue. I hope Brad & Braedon read this and take my advice, give your top assistant a much deserved raise. Dedicated and very informed, BangYang really saved the day. Keep up the great work!

  Being one of many Braden Palmer's Allstate Insurance customer for 35 years, I'm happy to say that there is nothing short of satisfactions about how the agency answered all my needs from roadside problems to filing a claim with prompt service. Way to go Brad!
