  The Owner's daughter, Helen. She called took my money from my account for my auto policy after I asked her not to until I was sure if I wanted to start doing direct deposit before the 25 of August. She went ahead and took an extra 69.85 out of my account without my authorization or knowledge. Then was on a Thursday and following Monday Helen took another 17.00 out of another policy. When I went to confront her, she was rude. Got in my face yelling and screaming, called the police on me. When she was the aggressor, I have never felt so humiliated in all my life. I left that branch. Please go somewhere else They are very unprofessional and rude. I filled a complaint with Allstate and the BBB on Helen

  They do not answer phone calls , don’t call you back. Don’t go here go somewhere else for help .

  First and last time I get Allstate. My wife and I got a policy at this office. They are very unprofessional,messy, and worst of all they just don't care about helping you if they originally did not do your policy. Our paperwork was in a pile high of papers and the girl wouldn't look for it because she said that it would take her time. We barely had a month and a half with the policy. That means that all that mess was there before us. Her name was Sofia. Very unprofessional woman. Our policy was canceled by them and we have to pay early cancelation fee for that. Unbelievable!!!!! NEVER AGAIN. BILLY CAMPBELL HIRE THE WRONG PEOPLE FOR THAT OFFICE. Oh and my car is brand new Lexus. We didn't even know we were driving around without insurance. Thank goodness we didn't get into a car accident.
