- IVIsabel VegaJan 13, 20261.0Unbelievable. My Mom has had this agent for OVER 30 years. We set up an appointment to go over her policy as well as some changes/updates on the policy. DOES NOT SHOW UP. I call all the numbers that he has. NO ANSWER. Three ways to communicate and he chose to ignore my calls. LACK OF RESPECT! And it states he has an employee. She didn’t even reach out or answer the phone. FRUSTRATING.
