  Very helpful and accommodating staff. I have always been able to rely on their expertise during times of need. It helps having someone there you can trust to take care of things for you when your plate is already full. Can’t recommend Michael Jugan’s office enough. 10/10

  I have Allstate for a multicar policy. They are very helpful. I originally switched to this company because they were able to offer me comparable coverage for my wife and I. Even when I was hit by an uninsured driver earlier this year, the claim process was smooth and easy. Thank you for your help!

  Outstanding customer service! Michael and his team are very responsive, knowledgeable, and extremely professional. I have never had any issues getting help that I need. Not only do they provide amazing rates and coverage, they are also very informative about information regarding different policies and how it will affect my rate. I am glad I was able to find a great agent to take care of my insurance needs. Highly recommended!

  Disappointing. I was frustrated with an act of vandalism. I had a rock thrown at my car and requested information about deductible waiver but I misspoke and said “co-pay” as to referring about the deductible and the agent said “we are not a doctor’s office!” Completely disregarding my frustration. Is there a way to treat a client? I considered to forgive the issue but when the agent contacted me and explained that I could have Zero deductible for an extra $ 3.80 I was even more disappointed. He NEVER offered me this option and claimed that “ he was trying to get a lower rate” He didn’t get me a good policy. He NEVER offered all possibilities and I would have chosen ZERO deductible!
