His staff works with him well and keeps him informed and also very communicative and friendly. I can always call with whatever random questions I have and they either have the answer or call me back within a few hours with an answer. When I first started driving over 20+ yrs ago Spencer's dad was my car insurance agent, then my home insurance agent as well. Since his dad retired and Spencer took over, we have still been provided the same great services.

It's just straight greed and I would never use this branch ever again .
