  I have my condo with Megan. She's top notch, knows the insurance business and always willing to help. She's an agent with a heart. You are definitely in good hands with Megan.

  I needed to cancel my policy as I combined the auto policy with home owner's insurance. I asked Megan who was my agent to cancel it over the phone. I double-checked to make sure the policy is cancelled on time. She assured me that it'd be cancelled. However, the policy was not cancelled, and I had to pay for the extra time that it was not cancelled. WORST AGENT. STAY AWAY.

  I’ve had an excellent experience with Megan Quan’s Allstate Agency. They are extremely knowledgeable and always take the time to explain everything clearly. They’re very helpful, patient, and genuinely care about their customers. It’s rare to find an agency that combines expertise with such sincere, personalized service. Highly recommend!

  Megan Quan at Allstate is our home insurance agent, and she’s been absolutely amazing to work with. She is incredibly timely with every request, always responsive, and consistently follows through. On top of that, she’s delightful on the phone and truly a pleasure to work with. She helped us secure great coverage at a very competitive rate, and we feel confident knowing our home is properly protected. We’re extremely happy working with Megan and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable insurance agent.
