  I would not recommend Tiffany Mai as a representative for Allstate. You can never speak with her. I left three messages with her staff to speak with her and she never returned my call. Changing representatives.

  I was assigned an Allstate policy after Esurance pulled out of California. I reluctantly accepted. a few months down the road i realized i was being charged more than double the amount on average of what other insurers were offering. In order to cancel my policy you need to call the agent. mine was Tiffany Mai. I called multiple times, left voicemails to try and cancel policy. eventually, i was able to call corporate and they tried to transfer me back to Tiffany Mai office and i told them to cancel my policy now as she will not answer the phone. I cancelled my policy and am now paying less than Half of what my policy was previously on the same car with a different insurer. I was just going to leave it alone but just now her office called me so i need to leave a bad review as that's hilarious. You ignore me when i need the most help. then call me a month After i cancel the policy.

  Shout out to Rosario, gave us a good run down of the auto and renters’ insurance policy. My old auto insurance was killing me with the insurance rate they were offering me for an at-fault accident, but Rosario at Allstate gave my father and I the best rate for full coverage on both our vehicles and even on renters insurance.
