  I was assigned an Allstate policy after Esurance pulled out of California. I reluctantly accepted. a few months down the road i realized i was being charged more than double the amount on average of what other insurers were offering. In order to cancel my policy you need to call the agent. mine was Tiffany Mai. I called multiple times, left voicemails to try and cancel policy. eventually, i was able to call corporate and they tried to transfer me back to Tiffany Mai office and i told them to cancel my policy now as she will not answer the phone. I cancelled my policy and am now paying less than Half of what my policy was previously on the same car with a different insurer. I was just going to leave it alone but just now her office called me so i need to leave a bad review as that's hilarious. You ignore me when i need the most help. then call me a month After i cancel the policy.

  If customer service or responsiveness to questions is what you are looking for, this is not your agency. In the last couple of months, we have had several experiences trying to get clarity on a bill and then trying to get a new policy (when it was canceled), and each time emails were promised with more information or a new quote and were never received. Even follow up calls (usually going to an operator or voicemail) were not promptly returned. We are still waiting.
