  Lorenzo was very helpful to my mom and I when it came to explaining Allstate’s insurance policy. I was very impressed (and thankful) that he was able to accommodate us while our main agent was on vacation, and it was even more of a delight that he could converse and translate it to Tagalog! So happy to be with Allstate Insurance.

  Bella was SO wonderful, she helped me with everything down to the smallest detail and answered all my questions. The place she told me to go for the smog check were also super nice people (rolandos auto repair)! She even stayed in late for me, just because she knew I had somewhere to be the next day. She really is a gem of a person. There was a way I could bundle some things and ultimately ended up saving money because she pointed it out. If you’re questioning which insurance people to go to, these are your people! Especially her 🥹💕

  This 5-star review is for the people who work at Melissa's Allstate Insurance office. I don't agree with some of Allstate's corporate decisions on how they handle claims, etc. But I must say that even with those corporate policy complaints I've had, I never switched insurance companies for OVER 20 YEARS BECAUSE OF THE STAFF at Melissa's (formerly Fred's and Joly's) office. Joy has helped me over the last couple decades with my home, auto and umbrella policies with such professionalism and knowledge that it's truly been a pleasure dealing with her. And she's simply just a nice, pleasant person with a lot of patience! The torch is now being passed on to Bella who has helped me a lot recently. And she's the same as Joy - knowledgeable but at the same time a nice, patient, friendly, pleasant person to deal with. Keep up the great work!

  Didn't think I'd write a review for insurance but here we are. I've dealt with a lot of agents, shopping around for insurance as we all have but have never had as much of a positive experience as working with Melissa Aiden's branch. In particular, Bella, the agent who has corresponded with me and helped in every step in both my renter's and auto insurance. Even sending multiple quotes and walking through the process with giving me the best ways to save as well as add the most necessary coverage. Will stick with them for sure.
