- ISIshtar SanchezJul 1, 20231.0I am very disappointed with Allstate’s service. They made a change to my policy without our consent. Raised our policy bill and when we tried to change it, they wanted to charge more money. Poor customer service. I do not know what happened to them, we’ve been customers for a very long time. What they are doing right now is unfair, injustice, and wrong. I’ve been talking with my friends and family and they are also have similar problems with Allstate. This is very upsetting. 😡😡😡
