  As a young adult, I had nearly no clue about anything regarding insurance, but Erica Cedeno was very patient and thorough. She explained everything so well and answered all my questions. Not only is she polite and welcoming, but made me feel like family! 10/10 service

  my problem is with the resolving of this last claim. It has been a nightmare. I am very inclined to change insurance. If I were to give feedback on All-State that would be 3 stars.
