I feel as the person I was dealing with was rude and not communicating things needed a head of time. Since day one this person has been very rude and not a person I would want to talk to due to how she speaks. I guess some people are just not nice naturally. The day I am suppose to sign paperwork for escrow they tell me by email to bring a orginal death certificate. Which I did not have and I did not see the email. That cause me to have find a way to make it downtown to get death certificate when I have to work. It would had been fine if I was told that they needed these things prior to my scheduled appointment. So it unfair on their end. So I will not be bringing my business to Chicago Title in the near future. Update: After this review I did receive a call in regards to my concerns. They went the extra mile to fix the issue that was not communicated before. I feel as though my voice was heard. So with that I will give them 4 stars. So thank you for taking the time to call me As well as to hear me and to correct the issue.
