- JPJohnny ParkerFeb 19, 20261.0So far I don’t believe I’ve even spoke to the escrow person in control of the sale of my house. I have tried numerous times and each time I’m set to another line that is picked up by an answering machine. The sale was supposed to be finished by the 17 and even that they must have sent to a voice mail. So All in all my experience has been up to par for most places around here. Just terrible service. So far the only positive has been the food. Where you can still get treated like you pay for or better.

When we went to sign our last set of paperwork for closing during escrow, there was an added charge of $14,000 tax that was added on by mistake. Luckily my husband caught it and we were able to fix it in the moment, I don’t think I would’ve seen it if I was there by myself. I thought this was very unprofessional and I wouldn’t trust them again in the future.
