While Allstate's rates are competitive with other companies, it leaves a lot of the determination to the type of service that one receives from their insurance company. That is the difference that I can share about Brook Daly Allstate Insurance. I have been with them for 19 years. It means a lot to me when I know that whatever questions of issues I may have (about the policy 😉) I can call the office and get one of the staff that live and work in our community. I always get honest answers, even when it may not be what I was hoping for. Finally, the office staff has supported me and my best interests to fullest extent that they are able to do within law/regulations/ethics. This may be a bit saccharine, but they really have taken care of me.

The ladies working onsite (rare enough, real people) are amazing and go the extra mile (just what they do) to make sure you have your insurance needs covered properly!
