  I recently had the pleasure of working with Brook Daly Insurance for Allstate in Escondido, and I can’t say enough good things about their customer service. On August 8, 2025, I was referred to them by a friend, and from that first encounter, I was incredibly impressed. MARIBEL HERNÁNDEZ was the agent who helped me, and she was exceptional in every way—kind, attentive, and thoroughly professional.She made the entire process easy for me and also helped my friend Surjeet Singh find the perfect policy. Even when MARIBEL HERNÁNDEZ isn’t immediately available, she always returns my calls promptly and ensures my issues are resolved as quickly as possible.That level of care is truly rare. I wholeheartedly recommend Brook Daly Insurance for Allstate to anyone looking for a friendly, reliable, and caring insurance provider. And for MARIBEL HERNÁNDEZ —she definitely deserves six stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I have zero compaints about my insurance. Its one of the things in my life that i have peace of mind on. Never a problem. Never an attitude from my agent. Always kind and helpful when i reach out to them. And ontop of all that, they have kept me on such a great rate for almost 3 years now. Even when i bought a new car and had 2 cars insured. Allstate has done nothing but taken care of me. Ill be a customer for as long as i can.

  This Allstate office is very helpful and always tries to find you the best rate that fits your financial and car coverage needs. Never any pressure to purchase and always helpful. Lori Goodale is the best!!!! She was patient and answered all my questions quickly. She never pushed me to sign up another car or add extra things. She gave me my options and revamped the options when I asked to add or take something away. Thanks Lori!

  Love this insurance place. Everyone here is friendly and the rates are always reasonable. I have never had an issue with them and refer people anytime they are looking for an insurance company!!! From the day I was referred to this office I have been happy with the service. Thank you!
