  Called today..spoke to 5Reps.No one could find my Policy ..I gave them my Policy..& phone number..ok this is NOT good..no Help.. I have to go to Armondos office..there something wrong here...Need to investigate.. ASAP..Olivia

  Most people seem to have had generally good experiences with Armando, but unfortunately mine wasn't as positive. After a minor fender bender, I noticed my insurance rate had gone up by about $60 a month on the next six-month policy. When I reached out to Armando for clarification, he assured me the increase was temporary and unrelated to the accident. He even mentioned that future months would return to my original rate. Trusting his word, I didn't double-check my bills for a while -- which, in hindsight, was a mistake. My rates never actually went back down and continued at the higher amount. This lack of transparency ultimately led me to switch providers. I'm sharing this so others are aware and can keep a closer eye on their billing, even when working with someone who's otherwise well-reviewed

  I've attempted to contact this office for an address change the website or app cannot handle (emails say to use chat on app and I did as instructed and their process keeps denying the request to change address), left a few voice-mails to call me back and they haven't responded. I don't know what is so difficult with requesting a change of address but apparently it is beyond them. Prices rose on car insurance and not sure what for and I just don't have time to keep requesting this address change.

  IT'S GREAT TO RECEIVE OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOUR IN THE MARKET FOR CAR INSURANCE. I WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FAMILY MEMBER TO TRY ALLSTATE INSURANCE AND SO FAR THEY HAVE BEEN BY FAR THE BEST PRICES AND THEY BEAT OTHER QUOTES.
