The moment we walked in, you didn’t even bother to welcome us. We stood by the door for 10 minutes confused. Finally after telling us to walk in to your office you still didn’t bother to apologize for the wait. The entire time we sat in your office you were distracted by incoming calls.. did our time and business not matter to you?? The rates were so horrible and seems like you know how to take advantage of people. I have an elder father who was completely genuine and honest with you but yet you decided to tell us to leave. This is by far the worst thing I’ve ever had to experience. And for future reference please know “Our time and other people’s time is just as valuable as yours… you need to do better”.

They basically ruined my credit report by sending my bill to credit collection services when I was already making payments monthly and they said that I have 2 insurance policy for 1 vehicle! what? why was not I informed about this till it got to CCS collections? I have been trying to contact them and Sam could not do anything to see what is going on. They state that they will be calling me back within an hour or so but Ms Bermudez have not called me. Called allstate billing and they at least told me that they encoded my termination for the other policy was wrong which is why it was sent to Credit Collection. Worst agency I have dealt with
