Christine Chia helped me and since it was already closing time and everyone was going home, she happened to notice that I called 3x and sensed the urgency. She took my info and asked me to call the next day. Prior to talking to her, I called the number listed on listed on my Allstate Policy. I was told multiple times to call the 800 number to file for a claim. It was difficult to get a hold of anybody. So, I waited the next day to call Christine. Upon calling, the agent who answered told me to call claims and then I asked for Christine. I was told she is on the other line and will call me back. She called and took all the info and step by step she helped and gave me all the info and instructions in how to get my car to the repair shop and how to get a rental car. I
