I have been a customer for a couple years and I chose to cancel policy due to the customer service I received recently. I was misinformed intentionally by Manjula when changing vehicles on my policy. After switching over I was charged higher fees than I had been previously told by her. Very disappointing, since after I tried to discuss this with her she directed me to speak with someone else and not her directly. Looking to avoid the situation.
