  My homeowners Policy was $1092 annual in 2024. Now? $2478 annual. More than double! I guess that is because I had no claims in 2024. Or because I live near the coast where there is virtually no vegetation to burn. Or maybe because I spent $8500 for a new roof that did not leak.

  Nancy is great. We have been using her for our home and car insurance more than 20 years. She always tried her best to find discounts and options to bring down the premium. She is very responsive to email or call. I would recommend to use her as your agent..
