  I always get prompt friendly service when I call the Greg Phister office. I frequently communicate my insurance needs online or via email. But I also frequently pick up the phone and call my local office - I truly appreciate that convenience and service. This month it will be 46 years that I have had Allstate auto coverage. And while vehicles have changed a lot over the last five decades, I can always depend upon the Greg Phister office staff to provide stellar service.

  I insured my cars with Phister Allstate Davis for 14 years as a Davis homeowner. After I sold my home and relocated to Sacramento, I continued having Phister Allstate Davis insure my cars. I also decided to have them insure my new home. Why would I risk working with another insurer when Phister Allstate Davis has consistently provided me with competitive rates and concierge customer service?! I've had nothing but great experiences with Phister's office, particularly his office lead, "Manny" who has been a joy to work with, even under personally difficult circumstances. This is what I love most about Phister Allstate Davis-- I actually have a personal relationship with Greg Phister and his wonderful support team. As a busy professional, this is very important to me, as I don't have time to go down a impersonal customer service black hole. Phister Allstate makes sure that I'm receiving the level of insurance I need at competitive rates. Filing claims is super easy too with the Allstate app. When I needed repairs and a rental Allstate responded same day! I couldn't be more pleased with Phister Allstate Davis.

  Greg just proved to us that customer service still exists in the world of insurance. After getting the corporate runaround for an entire week of phone calls, calls forwarded, voice mails, being placed on hold and transferred to yet another person - all this for what started out as a simple transaction - we met with Greg and he solved our problem within 15 minutes. Not only that, but we were impressed with his ability to cover all bases, think ahead of possible roadblocks, and submit our transaction with swift accuracy. After almost swearing never to work with Allstate, he renewed our confidence in the company. It was such a pleasure working with someone like him.

  Not your boring insurance man - Greg knows his stuff and got it done! He has a fun and pleasant way about him, but don't be lulled - he's persistent and knowledgeable. He was able to undo an error that that had persisted for 2 years on the Allstate system, proving that you CAN beat a computer. He assisted with insuring our twenty-something sons that didn't break their bank. I've always found him to be immediately responsive and count myself lucky to have him as our agent.
