    I have Allstate Insurance for my car. Recently my car was hit in the front bumper and I filed a claim with my insurance first. Allstate was very helpful in helping me through this process - I have never had to do one of these claims and all was new to me. The Allstate agent, Ken, was very understanding and helped me complete the claim and told me what the next steps were. I appreciate the help that was given me.

    I would give negative stars if possible. They lure you in with a fair and comparable rate and then auto-renew you at higher rates EVERY 6 months. When you call to complain, they refuse to answer why they're charging you 3 times as much as their competitors and, instead, give you the most BS deflections about how insurance works in the most general sense rather than actual answers to your questions. Shame on these people - like, insurance people suck but this particular outfit goes above and beyond milking you for every dime possible.
