Let me just start by saying they (not denise or her team) helped me by changing my mileage that I requested help doing probably 3 times this year and all I got from denise was "ill look into it" or an automated email.ive had her since I was 16 as an agent and its really a bummer she'd take advantage of someone she's known for that long. I will be having my mom switch agents because they way she's been brushing us off is unprofessional and unhelpful completely. Ill also be seeing if I can contact the state insurance board and whatever means possible to see how else she did me wrong. To make a long story short Denise De La Garza and her covina allstate team were overcharging me on my car insurance for about 4 to 5 years now... and @60 dollars a month over the course of 5 years thats $3600. That should be ABSOLUTELY criminal. You guys definitely need to shut down you do no help for the community or for someone my mother used to consider a "family friend" get bent
