- JSJess ShrimpJul 10, 20235.0I can not boost enough how helpful the girls in the office are. Their customer service is by far the best I have experienced. I’ve been with Allstate several years and have seen different faces come and go at the agency. Believe me when I will say Julie has trained them well! I can’t believe those other reviews that say the girls are rude, customers forget the girls are human too and have no control about the prices.
