- TSTodd SmithApr 21, 20261.0Absolutely the worst customer service! Stay away from this office unless you want nothing but poor customer service.
- MCMiguel CamposFeb 10, 20261.0They are quick to take your money, but very slow in dealing with claims. Going on five months to complete work on condo. Claims department gives contractors the run around and it takes a lot of calls to them to deal with paying them. Mostly Allstate claims is very poor in returning calls. After four months, the first contractor has yet to be paid. I have to deal with threats of being sent to collections for insurance not paying them. In the meantime, premiums have increased substantially since the claim was opened upon renewal of policy.
