  They are quick to take your money, but very slow in dealing with claims. Going on five months to complete work on condo. Claims department gives contractors the run around and it takes a lot of calls to them to deal with paying them. Mostly Allstate claims is very poor in returning calls. After four months, the first contractor has yet to be paid. I have to deal with threats of being sent to collections for insurance not paying them. In the meantime, premiums have increased substantially since the claim was opened upon renewal of policy.

  Absolutely the worst customer service experience. My father went in on Saturday to follow up on a claim he filed after being hit by another driver last month. Shane was extremely unprofessional and quick to make assumptions — implying we only wanted money to fix the car in Tijuana and even saying we wouldn’t actually repair it. It was clear he was profiling us, and frankly, his comments came off as racist. He demanded $500 upfront and treated us with zero respect or empathy. My parents have been loyal Allstate customers for over 15 years, and this is how they’re treated? This company has done nothing to help us and continues to overcharge. We are switching insurance companies immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay away — this office is rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line.

  Allstate fue el seguro de mis autos por aproximadamente 10 años con la anterior agente hasta que llego este nuevo agente que resulto muy despota y prepotente. No me gusto el trato que me dio y preferi cambiar de seguro
