- ABAlondra BeltranOct 6, 20251.0Absolutely the worst customer service experience. My father went in on Saturday to follow up on a claim he filed after being hit by another driver last month. Shane was extremely unprofessional and quick to make assumptions — implying we only wanted money to fix the car in Tijuana and even saying we wouldn’t actually repair it. It was clear he was profiling us, and frankly, his comments came off as racist. He demanded $500 upfront and treated us with zero respect or empathy. My parents have been loyal Allstate customers for over 15 years, and this is how they’re treated? This company has done nothing to help us and continues to overcharge. We are switching insurance companies immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay away — this office is rude, unprofessional, and completely out of line.
