Little things matter to me, and I felt Lizette tailored my auto policy needs perfectly to my budget. Afterwards, Jorge Zayas, the office broker, introduced himself to me, welcomed me, and it was all very genuine. Though lighter in the wallet, I have to admit I walked out a happy camper.
