Unfortunately its gone bad fast over the last year or so and at this point is beyond disappointing. I've always believed in being loyal to someone who treats you good and provides great service so I didn't give up on them easily but at this point I have no choice but to look for a new agent. Under the circumstances you've left me no choice but to file a complaint with the California Department of Insurance and State Farm directly. It's crazy that after all these years you refuse to except responsibility for your agencies mistake and deny our previous conversation about these issues.

- BBBarbie BoyerSep 5, 20255.0A cracked windshield set me on a small journey, from getting a replacement, going in to State Farm with my replacement paper giving the information that it was done. Isabel noticed that I had not had the recalibration done on the windshield. I was under the impression that all it monitored was the auto setting of the windshield wipers on a rainy day. Living here in the desert, I didn’t feel in need for it so I told her I was happy to skip it. Isabel insisted I go get the calibration done. It turned out, that calibration was also safety monitors for the car and could make the difference between life and death. After finding this out I went to my dealership, had all the calibrations done. Took the new form back and was reimbursed for everything. Thank you so much Isabel for your conscientiousness. It could’ve saved State Farm a little bit of money if I didn’t do the second part (because it ended up costing more than the windshield itself). But your care for the customer outweigh your desire to save some money for the company. This is the reason I use Phil Goodge State Farm.
