  I have been a customer for decades. Recently, California insurance took a $ hike and I went shopping because my insurance went up a little bit - guess what? Castro Valley Allstate was still cheaper. It also is hard to find old fashioned customer service where you get to talk to people in the office and ask how your day has been - this agency in Castro Valley is the best, and they have proven themselves to us repeatedly. Will be a lifetime customer!

  I am calling them may be 10 times but they don’t answer and I leave voicemails also but no response. After 1 week i call to another all state agency in alameda then she add my driver in my policy and i want to change this agency
