  ROSA MORENO JUAREZ answered my call promptly and was very attentive to my questions. She was very helpful in keeping my auto insurance premium consistent with my needs... I highly recommend the agency and her as an agent of Allstate.

  I don’t take pleasure in rating businesses poorly because that means I didn’t have a great experience and I like good experiences, however; sometimes it’s mandatory. I called not once but twice to get an auto insurance quote and the young lady who answered the phone told me there were no agents available. She was very nice and waited patiently for me to get my vehicle information. I should have had that readily available so that was a lack of preparedness on my part. In any case, she took down all of my information and told me Janelle would be calling me back. I never heard from Janelle. So, I persisted to call back a few days later, on a Saturday, and I was told the agents don’t work on the weekends and that she would be calling me on Monday. Here it is Tuesday and I still have yet to hear from Janelle. Needless to say, I won’t be calling back. I ended up calling another agent and they gave me the quote within 10 minutes. Do better Chad Hazelrigg. You missed out on a potential policy holder.

  Janelle has always been such a joy to deal with. I have a lot of policies and she is on top of every one! She is professional and such a great resource for me and my family.

  When I had a problem with my DMV record the staff at Hazelrigg agency directed me to investigate it and not give up. I called DMV and was able to gain understanding of how the California DMV works and the agent then was able to bring my cost for insurance into a range I could handle. Their staff is reliable and works really devotedly for customers. I highly recommend the J. Scott Hazelrigg Allstate Insurance Agency.
