  Mr. Asatryan may indeed be a friendly man but the way his business is operated is simply outrageous. This is more the fault of the Insurance Company he represents but none the less, it's a reflection on him. Having been insured by this brokerage since 1997, I got a non renewal based on an inaccurate inspection of my home done by an incompetent inspector . Once the inspection has been done, you have no recourse. I would caution anyone doing business with this brokerage or with Allstate.

  I have Allstate renter's insurance with them for more than 10 years. Their practices have changed a lot, the customer is the one doing their wk for them. In order to give a quote they want the customer to go through the hassle to take a pic of the DL and the Declaration page of the current Ins and texting it to a given number instead of them taking the info themselves. Then they will call me bk with the quote. I like to call the Ins. Co. Talk to a rep. give the info required get the quote and if I don't like it move on to another Company and not wasting my time waiting for them to call bk.
