I accidentally canceled my policy because my car wasn’t operational, and he went above and beyond to fix my mistake. He helped undo the cancellation, set it up so I can easily reinstate full coverage once my car is running again, and changed it to a suspended policy so it’s still protected while parked in my driveway. Hopefully I’ll have my car back in order soon later this so I can get everything fully reinstated. He handled everything smoothly and professionally—truly deserves a raise for turning my mistake into a stress-free solution.
