  Jayme Riggio at Allstate is absolutely outstanding! I recently worked with Jayme to set up both my renters insurance and auto insurance, and the experience could not have been better. Jayme took the time to explain coverage options clearly, answered all of my questions, and helped me feel confident in choosing the right policies for my needs.

  My husband and I love their new office, very convenient! The service, which is outstanding, keeps us with Allstate! Jayme and Jason Riggio are available by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In the recent rain storm, we had a leak that flooded several areas in our home! We called Jayme on a Saturday and he had Service Masters at our home within an hour with drying machines and dehumidifiers to begin the restoration process. Throughout that process, either Jayme or Jason constantly checked with us and the service company. They were a wealth of help and advice. The amazing aspect was that it was not a covered insurance issue, but they took care of us anyway! Now that is incredible customer service! As long as the Riggio brothers are our agents, we will be loyal Allstate customers!

  The service I get, makes me feel as if I am a very important person. In a world of automation and limited responses, its nice dealing with knowledgeable people who truly care about me. They go out of their way to make sure every job is done right the first time. Because of this, I have peace about who I am doing business with.

  I just have to say, Allstate went above and beyond after my car accident. I had called my niece after my accident and she immediately called Steve Buck to get the ball rolling. After leaving the hospital, and getting a ct scan, I went home. I had a text letting me know that I had a rental waiting for me and that I could pick it up whenever I was available. I got my rental and went home. I received several texts and emails from Allstate letting me know step by step, what I needed to do next. The whole process was very easy and smooth. Jaclynne Buck really eased my mind about all that needed to be done, as she helped with documents, made phone calls, and pretty much did so much that I wasn’t feeling up to. All other Allstate agents were very helpful too, responding to either texts or emails very promptly. The whole process took less than two weeks total. I was even paid for my totaled car, and went out and purchased another car. All I can say is I felt like I was in ‘very good hands’ through the whole process. Jayme Riggio certainly has the right people working for him. Thank you Allstate for making my life easier through out this whole process.
