  I had the worst experience with All State recently when my tire blew on the side of the road on a Saturday night. I pay for their rescue service and they left me on the side of the road from 10pm-2:30am before I finally gave up and ordered a Lyft the hour ride home. The following Monday I had to call another tow to try to get my car home. It took All state and the towing company from 8:15-2:45pm to get my car home after I called the second tow. When I called to talk to Jack about the terrible experience I received, He told me he didn't know my account, wanted to know why I was mad, and if it was about the money I spent, and then forwarded me onto the customer service department (who took almost 4 full business days to give me a call after I was told they would call in 24/48 hours) I am not sure how he didn't realize my rage was about being left on the side of the road for 11 1/2 hours while they "tried" to get me home, but here we are. I will be cancelling Allstate's "road side assistance" immediately and seeing if there is another representative to handle my account. The only reason this review isn't one star is that the customer service rep I talked to was very helpful when they finally called.

  Finally found an honest and affordable insurance company. When I signed up, they customized my coverage to fit my personal needs. I have been with them for many years and anytime I call Wesley, he helps me out very quickly. He is well spoken and knowledgeable, highly recommend asking for him. After a year, I signed up the entire family under Allstate.
