  I have had only great experiences! Everyone I've ever spoken to has been very kind, warm and helpful. I have never had a problem, and am very pleased with the services I have received. I have been an Allstate customer for over 22 years.

  I realize everyone can go to the low cost insurance companies but you miss out on specialized help and service. I make a phone call and speak to Shannon and get excellent advice and help. You don't get that with the discounters and one thing you need is a trusted place to turn. I highly recommend Jayne Oertwig
