The staff is friendly, open, professional and notifies the client (me) when policy premiums come due. The Kallay agency calls when there is a local disaster. I've shopped around, and the premiums are in line with other companies. It's the service where the Kallay Agency has it over the other firms. I don't deal with recordings, I don't have to press a series of buttons, I speak to real people. They interact with me, and when there is a problem, they act on my behalf. Old fashioned service in modern times.
