Earlier this week I had a non-injury collision with another car in San Diego around 5pm; and the next morning, before I could contact my agent, a wonderful lady named Bethany (from Jessica McCardle's SF office in Berkeley) called to ask how I was doing and how she could help. I was still a bit "rattled" after the front-end impact to my car, but Bethany was very friendly, patient, and kind while listening as I recalled the accident events from the night before. Bethany made it easy for me to find info that I needed for submitting a Claim while offering helpful suggestions, and I felt so relieved and calm after speaking with her. We have been with State Farm Insurance for 35 years; And, I hope that you State Farm clients who need help following any type of accident will be fortunate enough to have a "Bethany" to assist you. This office is amazing, responds quickly to communication, and follows through and does what they say they are going to do. I've only had a positive experience with this office and I had to leave a former State Farm office because they made so many mistakes and never followed through.
